Terms of Service

Terms for Using the Sivoro Website.

These terms explain the rules that apply when you visit the Sivoro website, use its content, submit an enquiry or interact with its public tools and previews.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These website terms do not by themselves create a contract for paid Sivoro services. Any implementation or ongoing service will be subject to a separate written agreement.

Terms at a Glance

The website is primarily provided for business information and enquiries.
Demo dashboards, scores and report previews are illustrative unless clearly stated otherwise.
Submitting a form does not automatically create a paid-services contract.
Website content must not be copied, misused or used unlawfully.
Paid Sivoro services may require a separate proposal, order form or service agreement.

Section 1

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to use of the Sivoro website, including its public pages, enquiry forms, demo interfaces, sample reports and downloadable or interactive content where provided.

By using the website, visitors agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

If a visitor does not agree with the terms, they should not use the website.

These terms apply only to website use. They are not the complete agreement for paid Sivoro services.

Section 2

2. About Sivoro

Sivoro develops follow-up and revenue-operations systems for service businesses. The website explains the Sivoro approach, provides illustrative system previews and allows visitors to request information, a Money Leak Audit or a business conversation.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through Contact Sivoro.

Section 3

3. Using the Website

Visitors may use the website for legitimate purposes such as:

  • learning about Sivoro
  • reviewing the system descriptions
  • viewing demo interfaces
  • requesting a Free Money Leak Audit
  • submitting a Contact enquiry
  • requesting a strategy conversation
  • reading public website information

Users are responsible for ensuring their access and use comply with applicable law.

Section 4

4. Website Information

Sivoro aims to keep public website information clear and useful, but the content is general information and may not reflect every business, workflow or implementation.

Website content should not be treated as legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice, regulatory advice, a guaranteed business outcome or a substitute for professional advice relevant to the visitor's circumstances.

Visitors should make their own business decisions and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.

Section 5

5. Demo Interfaces and Illustrative Content

Demo interfaces, charts, system statuses, business names, scores and numerical values are provided to show possible presentation formats and concepts.

Unless specifically confirmed otherwise, they do not represent real client accounts, actual Sivoro customer results, verified revenue recovered, guaranteed performance, live system information, a promise that a final implementation will use the same interface or a prediction of the visitor's results.

RapidFlow Plumbing is a demonstration account created solely to illustrate the Money Leak Audit format.

Actual systems, data, workflows and reporting depend on the agreed implementation, available integrations and the business's circumstances.

Section 6

6. Money Leak Audits

A Money Leak Audit is intended to provide a practical review of information supplied by the business and publicly available business-process signals where appropriate.

An audit may highlight potential areas for further review, such as enquiry capture, response speed, quote follow-up, payment follow-up, review requests and opportunity recovery.

The audit is not a financial audit and is not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Scores, estimates or observations may be based on limited information.

The business remains responsible for verifying information and deciding what action to take. Recommendations are not guarantees of increased revenue or other results.

Section 7

7. Enquiries and Strategy Calls

Submitting a Contact form, requesting a Money Leak Audit or requesting a strategy call does not guarantee that Sivoro will accept an engagement, create a paid-services contract, commit either party to proceed, guarantee a specific response time, reserve implementation capacity or create exclusivity.

A contract should only arise once the relevant parties agree a separate written proposal, order form or service agreement.

The current website forms are frontend-only and display an integration notice rather than connecting to a live backend in this codebase.

Section 9

9. Information Submitted by Users

When visitors submit information, they should:

  • provide information they reasonably believe is accurate
  • avoid sending unlawful, defamatory or harmful content
  • avoid submitting another person's confidential or personal information without authority
  • avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information or highly sensitive information through general website forms
  • only provide information reasonably relevant to the enquiry

Sivoro may use submitted information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Section 10

10. Acceptable Use

Visitors must not knowingly use the website to:

  • break applicable law
  • introduce malware or malicious code
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • interfere with website operation
  • probe or test security without permission
  • submit fraudulent or misleading requests
  • scrape or extract content at a level that disrupts the website
  • impersonate another person or organisation
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • use automated systems to overload the website

Section 11

11. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, Sivoro or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website's original content, design, graphics, system names, report formats, copy, interface previews and code.

Visitors may view the website, use it for legitimate internal business evaluation and share normal links to public pages.

Visitors must not, without permission, reproduce substantial website content, copy or sell report templates, represent Sivoro materials as their own, remove ownership notices, commercially exploit website content or use Sivoro branding in a misleading way.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 13

13. Website Availability and Security

Sivoro may update, maintain, suspend or change parts of the website.

Sivoro does not promise that the website will always be available, be uninterrupted, be completely free from errors, work with every device or browser or be completely free from harmful code.

Sivoro takes reasonable steps intended to maintain and secure the website, but users should use appropriate security protection on their own devices.

Section 14

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, general website content is provided for information. Sivoro is not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on general website content or illustrative demo material, third-party websites or services, or indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website where exclusion is legally permitted.

Liability relating to paid services should be governed by the separate written service agreement.

Section 15

15. Suspension or Withdrawal of Website Access

Sivoro may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to maintain the website, address security concerns, prevent misuse, investigate unlawful activity or comply with legal requirements.

Suspension of website access does not itself determine the parties' rights under a separate paid-services agreement.

Section 16

16. Changes to the Website or These Terms

Sivoro may update website content, features and these terms as the business, website or legal requirements develop.

The updated terms should be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Changes should not be stated to apply retrospectively to a separate signed service agreement unless that agreement allows it.

Section 17

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales are intended to have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to an individual or consumer.

Section 18

18. Contact

Questions about these website terms can be submitted through Contact Sivoro.

You can also read the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be handled.
